The Huskies step onto the ground with high hopes trying to get a win back after the 1-0 loss at away ground in 2007 last year at Singapore Polytechnic.

Zuladly was pressured, with:
1. First time his mum came to watch him playing soccer after 20 empty years. (Thank you mak, come again ah kay)
2. The crowd, ouh my god. crazy.
3. Leading a quality team (high expectations!)
4. FIRST GAME OF COMPETITION. :(
It is not surprising that he did not perform really well, leading to a goal-less game for him. Doa kan lah yer.
Nevertheless, he got his job done by assisting scoring partner Gabriel Quak with a brilliant flick pass owning the SP’s defenders in the first 10minutes of first half. Credits to midfielder Adam Gulam for the ground cross from the flank. :)

1-0 in first half, surely the crowd expects more. That’s where Madhu Mohana or the “Yessar MADHU!!!” (indian accent) (ouh yea happy deepavali to you all Indians!) came in. He scored the same way of how he scored against SAFSA last saturday. This time, it was a cross by Gabriel Quak. After scoring, he got “tau pok” by the team because he’s flying like nobody business.

RP’s goalkeeper Rizza Rainwater bin Airhujan was delighted after the clean sheet win with SP. And here’s the message “I wanna thank you all for believing in me today, really appreciate the encouragement. I hope you guys had a good game, and with more to come. To those that didn’t play, I am sure you guys will have your time too. Once again, thanks for the wonderful game.” Sweet boy I wonder what he’s thinking that night when he goes home. :) Congrats Rizza, woof woof woof. Bravo.
After the game, the coach speaks. “Okay, Well done. Take care yourself. See you on Wednesday, 7pm.” EH BAIK AH COACH. Power. With that, RP climbed to the top of the table sharing points with TP, who won NP 2-0 last evening. For more information visit http://rphuskies.wordpress.com/
INJURIES & BOOKINGS
Zuladly found out that he is facing “tendon injury on his knee” after the game. He would have to recover quick to face giants NYP next Friday. Or national under 19’s Aliff Azmi would take his place after coming back from Vietnam. :)
The two woodlands Duo likes their club colour so much (green and YELLOW) so they practically asked for the yellow cards by the referee. Referee steam Deepavali so he’s on Card Showing Spree! One more yellow from the both of you, one day on the bench so watch those babeh.

For abang Sharil,
Abang, recover quickly okay. We can see you trying your best to be in the pitch as soon as possible. One week more to next match we are sure you can do it! Go abang Sharil!
The RP Huskies would like to thank all supporters who made their way down and cheer for us. The Deepavali songs, the whatever they called it. Never heard the Woof woof cheer though. (belum bikin ah babe)
